Today, Jurisdiction C announced the following: "Effective for dates of service on or after April 1, 2009, the Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractors (DME MACs) are instituting a billing and payment policy for common repairs based on standardized labor times. I knew this was going to be an interesting year for the world of O&P, and so far there have been numerous changes, and I expect there will be much more to come.
