What an exciting day! As many of you know, I always tell people that one of the keys to success is working smarter, not harder.
With that being said, I have been working with OPIE for a while now and I love the professionalism of this O&P specific software, the ease of using the software, and the internal software tools available to make office staff and practitioner's lives easier.
We are all too aware of all that paperwork required in order to obtain authorizations and/or get claims paid, our physicians know about it as well...many of them complain about the mounds of paperwork they have to sign or submit to our offices, but with OPIE the process is nearly painless. Granted, any unfamiliar software may be frustrating to learn at first, but once you get thru the initial training, it is a LIFE SAVER! Especially for me, who juggles so many clients and projects, it is important to use software programs that make my life a bit easier.
There are other O&P software programs out there, and I have worked with several of these in the past, but I have not been impressed for many reasons, until I was introduced to OPIE a few years ago. I love the fact that they listen to their customers and ALWAYS enhancing their software throughout the year.

Ultimately, OPIE makes my patient processing, billing and compliance responsibilities flow much smoother, and I love the professional manner in the way all of the documents print. Impressive!
