  • Smart and secure due to new locking mechanism
  • Lightweight (385 g), easy to maintain and water resistant due to the plastic material
  • Easy unlocking also at partial load
  • Recommended for Amputees of Otto Bock Mobility Grade 1* (indoor walker)
  • Approved for weights up to: 100 kg/ 220lbs

Additional information:

Above knee amputees with very low activity level requiring a particularly high degree of stability benefit from simple handling of the innovative release mechanism that can be initiated also under partial load condition.

Innovative locking mechanism

In full extension the innovative locking mechanism secures the joint automatically whereas engaging of the lock latch can be heard and felt. The joint is released either by pulling the cable or by pushing the lock latch (patella).

Modern plastics technology

Plastic materials make the joint particularly lightweight, water-resistant and easy to maintain.

Movable pyramid

The proximal adjustment pyramid can be moved in A/P-direction to allow adjustment of prosthetic alignment or compensation of hip flexion contracture.

*The Otto Bock MOBIS Mobility System is NOT intended to be used in the U.S. as a guide to obtaining reimbursement for prosthetic components.
